Uselessness

The binomial narratives draw a perfectly defined line between useful and useless, as if they were two antagonistic categories. This dual and opposite way of categorizing reality is not exempt from a hierarchical character, in such a way that the useful stands as superior to the useless, which becomes simply the absence or lack of utility. Our intention is to introduce, through different projects with artists, the subversive and poetic capacity of uselessness, while at the same time provoking reflection on this dichotomous mythology.
